In the “Red Zone,” he threw tax-paying money into the Poonch River and directed the concerned department for the construction of a park, indirectly regulating all the illegal construction in the Red Zone. His attitude, full of partiality in most matters, reduced the credibility of the Poonch administration to an all-time low.
