BDO Poonch gives open shelter to his corrupt officials in looting funds

POONCH: it seems that BDO Poonch has given an open shelter to his subordinates to indulge in corrupt activities. On one hand, he violated RTI act and on the other hand, he is showing teeth to those who are raising their eyebrows on the working of the department. Reportedly, huge blunders were taken place in Degwar Maldayalan, Degwar Terwan, Ajote, Gulpur Panchayats  by few Technical Assistants, but rather than taking action against them, BDO is protecting them openly and it seems that all are hand in glove. There are authentic reports that many cement bags were unloaded in many unknown places and from there, they were sent to some selected shops. In  sheer violation of rules, an official building constructed in Mangnar  area was captured by an ex legislator with the help of department officials and shocking is that no inquiry was ever conducted against the said ex legislator who provided CD funds for the construction of a community centre and later claimed that building and handed over to a religious institution. BDO Office Poonch has become a favourite place for various blunders where GRS Secy Pyts, few staff members and Technical assistants are hitting financial gains. BDO Poonch seems to have legalized the corruption in the block and after having full support of their boss, all subordinates are indulging in various financial frauds as financial year is heading towards an end.
