DTO Poonch said that S Narinder Singh, who is head of NIC provided timely and much needed cooperation for ensuring successful conduct of government business and clearing bills as a major fault was developed in Optical fiber Cable of Treasury office Poonch and few other offices due to unknown reasons and this led to stoppage of work on the eve of 31st March and delay in work without internet connectivity led to frustration among Contractors community. He also said that timely cooperation given by NIC under S Narinder Singh helped Treasury office to clear all pending works. Meanwhile, DIO S. Naridner Singh also assured full cooperation to DTO in future also. Those, who were present on the occasion include Sumesh Raina, Treasury Officer Mandi, Mukesh Sudan, Mohit Sharma Junior Assistant, Abdul Hamid S.O, Asfaq Ahmed, Tejpal Singh and Parvinder Singh from NIC
