For an arrogant Police officer, there is good and bad in media

POONCH: Known for having  hollow arrogance, a congested minded police officer believes in differentiating media in good and bad terms.

Media houses, which support his narrative are good for him  and  those, who don’t believe in  sycophancy are bad for him even if those media houses side with truth. The said officer is so arrogant that he  openly demanded share from one of his junior officer posted in a police station from different types of cases settled inside police station. Known in department as shame proof officer, he has misguided everybody and projected himself as a honest and strong officer, but the truth is otherwise. Now, eyeing further posting, he has engaged himself with a media person and had some close door meetings  for his strong projection before the government with an eye on heading a lucrative posting in any district. Even, he was seen openly backing a self styled media person  on different occasion. Even, he told him many times that “Apne bandon ko acha project karna chaiye.” The men in question has also good relations with BJP top brass and even, he managed his one of his prize posting in Pir Panjal by taking the help of a former BJP minister. If a man of such a mindset is representing police, then, expecting justice by people  from a police officer of such a mentality is  nothing, but like digging own graveyard. It is high time that government needs to understand that such an officer with a wrong mindset  should not be given an important posting, who is already serving in a far flung district of Jammu range.
