Bridging the Divide- Confronting Rural Health Disparities and Building Healthier Communities: Dr Sushil
Bridging the Divide- Confronting Rural Health Disparities and Building Healthier Communities: Dr Sushil POONCH TODAY...

One of the reasons is that the party has fewer intellectuals in its fold, and whatever persons with vision, political sense, and integrity are available in the party, they have been sidelined by the old political bosses of the party who have been managing the affairs of the saffron brigade. For future sake, the party needs to strengthen its cadre by allowing the entry of visionary brains because the majority of people in the BJP cadre at present lack a visionary approach to the day-to-day affairs of the Jammu region, and this weak point is a threat for the Jammu region because the political class of the valley is united and their unity is a threat to the interests of the Jammu region, said locals. The BJP cadre is not considering this fact, and just for the lust of power, they are selling everything. The top brass of the party needs to evaluate things on the ground before it’s too late. Allowing people with vision should be the top priority of BJP top brass to ensure the presence of think tanks who are blessed with a vision for the interest of the Jammu region; otherwise, the valley-based parties will come together to throw the BJP out of power in the next assembly elections. Jammuites have started questioning the BJP leadership because they believe that the party has no visionary faces in the majority of districts of the Jammu region, and this burning trend needs to be evaluated by the party high command for its safe future and for the nationalist people of Jammu. On a number of issues of Jammu’s interest, the party did nothing when in power. Maximum times, BJP leaders were seen projecting themselves as real champions of Jammu’s cause, but on important issues in the Jammu region, the BJP has failed to meet the expectations of the people because the party has no think tank at present and has only those leaders who believe in beating about the bush on sensitive issues. A senior party leader who is known for his hard-hitting statements ultimately proved to be a non-performing entity only because people believe in action on the ground and not in performance-less statements. The top BJP leadership of J&K UT needs to address all the important issues of the Jammu region if the saffron brigade wants to win the region again to counter the possible coming together of Kashmir-based parties to form the next government in J&K UT.
