Thanamandi people expressed displeasure against District administration Rajouri

RAJOURI: The residents of Deragali and Thanamandi have expressed their displeasure against district administration Rajouri over the way, people were  treated during snowfall days.

Locals alleged that the area was facing long power cuts. There was huge shortage of K. oil and administration failed to ensure road connectivity for people during snowfall days. They alleged that large number of habitations are still without road connectivity and administration is doing nothing on the ground. Locals said that it’s the primary duty of administration to protect the people who are living in snow bound areas, but step motherly attitude of district administration forcing them to express their anger. While taking to “POONCH TODAY”, locals appealed the administration not to repeat such a gesture in future as winter has announced its arrival and there is every chances of further weather disturbance in days to come.
