Director Floriculture, Parks and Gardens organizes “Swachhta Pledge” at Jammu

JAMMU: On the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, the department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens today organized a “Swachthha Pledge” under the supervision of S Jatinder Singh(JKAS), Director Floriculture, Parks and Gardens.
S. Jatinder Singh stressed upon the officials to maintain cleanliness in the surroundings as well as the offices. All the officers of the department which includes DD Planning, FO Jammu, FO HQ, AO, AFOs, and other officials of the department were present on the occasion. The Swachhta pledge was also taken by the officers and officials in the other districts of the division. Later on, a cleanliness drive was also organized by the department under “Swachhta hi Sewa” Abhiyan in which Director Jatinder Singh lead from the front to give a message of cleanliness to all.
