POONCH: Not all, but a few police officers of a particular taste are fond of their praise, and for this, they used to take the services of a “Guldasta” gang existing in the Rajouri-Poonch range, and the biggest satisfaction for these police officers is that these gang members are always ready to sing songs in praise of these psychologically pale police officers who never show their merit and professionalism in the discharge of their duties.
These “Guldasta” gang members are so shameful that they never hesitated to project themselves as so-called “civil society” members without knowing the definition of civil society. It has become a fashion in the twin districts of Poonch and Rajouri that many people with doubtful credentials are projecting themselves as “civil society” members, but their main motto is only to present “Guldasta” to every new officer for their personal interest. Completely ensconced, these “Guldasta” gang members prefer deception to achieve their goals. Those few police officers who are known for their sluggish approach to their duties always take pleasure in enlisting the services of this “Guldasta” gang, and that too exponentially. It would be better if such psychologically under-par police officers performed their duties in a better way in the public interest rather than indulging in listening to their hollow praise from such accidental civil society or ‘Guldasta’ gang. Most of the members of this gang are blessed with shrewd tactics and they use them fully to their maximum level with a hidden agenda of grinding their own axe, but on the other hand, their contribution to society is almost negligible. In fact, a few high-ranked officers in the police and civil administration have planted this gang to project themselves on social media. So going by their ongoing chemistry, the question arises, are police officers posted in Rajouri-Poonch range and ‘Guldasta’ gang made for each other?
