Due to weak DC office staff, Employees are not getting one month election salary

POONCH: There is a huge resentment in employees community of the district as they alleged that DC office is transferring one month election salary to employees in a very slow manner and as a result, large number of employees who performed election duties failed to get that salary announced by the government.  Moreover, they also alleged that officials posted in DC office are also cutting CA(Charge allowance) which is against the rules, but when employees approached finance section of the DC office, officials posted there said that they are cutting Charge allowance, but in reality it is Border Compensatory Allowance which comes to Rs 300 to Rs 500, whereas charges allowance comes near Rs 8000 to Rs 12000. Employees said that it is surprising that  officials posted in DC office are not aware of  rules, that’s why they are considering Compensatory allowance as Charge allowance, therefore cutting huge sums of rupees, which is so unfortunate. Employees have appealed to Deputy Commissioner Poonch to direct the officials to clear all cases and to  follow the real financial procedure. They alleged that it shows in competency of DC office officials who have failed to transfer one month election salary to all election employees by following all rules.
