For ACD Poonch, Director’s Rural Development order stands no where and its shocking

POONCH: Rural Development Department Poonch  has become a “Goldmine” as every single official’s main focus is to hit financial gains, by hook or by crook under the full patronage of ACD Poonch, who is continuously pleasing all with an eye on next assembly elections which he will contest as per the reports of insiders in the department. ACD Poonch,  who has become a habitual RTI act violator,  also violated the orders of Director Rural Development Jammu when the later directed him under no DRDJ/RTI-appeal/197/2019-20/2365-67 dated 25-04-2019 to provide the reply to RTI applicant. As the department remained in news for famous Flex and wall painting scam, backdoor recruitment of barefoot engineers and few GRS computer operators, so to verify the information, a RTI applicant approached ACD Poonch and sought details of administrative expenses used by all BDO’s of the district and ACD office. The applicant also sought details of funds used on informational activity during the last five years, but fearing exposure of a big scam, ACD Poonch even violated the order of his boss, i.e Director RDD Jammu. It shows that ACD Poonch has admitted massive flaws in the department and he seems to be shielding all those employees who were neck deep involved in scripting various frauds including fake withdrawal on account administrative expenses, informational activity and for their involvement in Flex and wall painting scam in which various BDO’s and successive ACD’s remained partner in crime. The RDD Poonch also came to limelight for its backdoor appointment of barefoot engineers, computer operators, many GRS and few technical assistants. The openly violation of RTI act by ACD shows that “Iss hamam(RDD department) mein sab nange hai” and main aim of every official is to earn commission by any means which rose to alarming 25%. The sorry state of affairs in RDD Poonch shows that from below to top official, everybody seems to be on a minting money mission.
